Verde’s executive team bring an average of 20 years’ experience in the facilities services industry, where they have held some of the highest positions at top international facilities companies and managed many of the biggest, most complex customers within the Fortune 500.
Verde’s Chief Operating Officer, Brandon Dastrup, is one of those hard-working leaders.
With 18 years in management and 4 in facilities services, Brandon’s proficiency in managing the successful transition of over 10 million square feet of new accounts, coupled with exceptional customer satisfaction scores, has earned him a place among the best in the industry. He has gained expertise in 24/7 and high-security facilities, including the National Renewable Energy Laboratory (NREL), and Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), the world’s largest semiconductor foundry. Other recent public and government contracts include the City of Phoenix, City of Tempe, City of Palm Springs, County of Los Angeles, and Phoenix Rising Stadium. He holds several certifications, including OSHA 10 Course Training. These certifications showcase his commitment to delivering quality service and prioritizing the safety and well-being of his team and clients.
In June 2025, Verde CRO Amber Reyna made the 2025 Titan 100 list. In 2023, Verde CEO Paul Sarzoza made the Phoenix Titan 100 list. Now we’re honoring our hard-working COO, Brandon Dastrup!
According to Dastrup, a large part of Operations’ recent successes, and the winning management strategy they’ve formulated, stems from putting together new processes, synergizing our Ops, Finance, and other teams, and putting formalized KPIs into place that we can score, measure, and train our people to. Every success we’ve recently celebrated comes from that.
