The Sales Execution team is responsible for achieving sales targets by generating new leads, converting prospects into buyers, and ensuring effective follow-up throughout the sales process.
Under the strategic leadership of the execution head Shaun Macnamara has enabled ROSHN’s Sales Execution team to scale from a single-city operation to a dominant Local presence across four major regions: the Eastern Province, Central Province and Western Province. We currently have 5 established state of the art sales centers with complete digital journey equipped, show houses and interactive show maps to help customer visualize their future home’s.
Prospective lead management.
• Ensure prompt lead assignment one received from contact centers and manage walk-ins well to deliver a consistent customer journey for every prospective customer.
• Follow up with interested customers in a timely manner as per ROSHN’s defined process, while maintaining accurate CRM records for accountability.
Client Engagement and Customer Satisfaction
• Providing detailed property and community information after thoroughly understanding the customer's needs, including show villa tours and virtual presentations.
• Understand each customer’s housing needs to recommend units that best fit their lifestyle and budget.
• Assist customers in booking their ideal unit, ensuring all documentation is completed and coordinating with relevant departments to minimize turnaround time.
• Sales Reporting and CRM Management
• Each Property Advisor ensures customer journey accountability by actively using and updating internal CRM as a key customer management tool.
• The sales execution team is also responsible to track sales metrics (e.g., conversion rates, unit bookings, inventory sold) and provide weekly or monthly performance updates to senior management as well as address the entire sales team at our Quarterly Meetings.
Customer Relationship Management
• The Sales Team builds long-term customer relationships through ongoing post-sale communication, driving referrals and repeat business essential to sustained success and increase revenue generation.
