Graphic Packaging - Project Dashboard

Graphic Packaging launched Project Dashboard in 2021. The Dashboard project team was a combination of IT and manufacturing professionals. The team was charged on this project with providing real-time machine performance, OEE (overall equipment effectiveness), and downtime analysis across GPI’s fleet of manufacturing assets. The asset fleet comprises over 330 machines from 60+ vendors across 60 sites in North America.

The team has the technology and operational leaders in process control, operational technology, analytics, change management, and engineering. Tasks this multi-functional team had to perform included software selection, OT network design and implementation, software installation and configuration, analytics building, change management, training, and support.
