Developed by Majid Al Futtaim and situated within Tilal Al Ghaf community, Plagette32 is a luxury neighborhood that offers an exceptional living experience with beautifully designed facilities tailored to the needs and desires of UHNWI.
Drawing inspiration from the iconic charm of the French Riviera, Plagette32's neighborhood seamlessly blends sophistication with timeless elegance. The vision was to create a sanctuary where azure waters meet golden sands, and indulgence is woven into the fabric of everyday life. It is more than just a collection of homes; it's a lifestyle destination curated for those who seek the extraordinary.
We named our neighborhood Plagette32 to reflect the selective number of residences available along the coast, with "32" symbolizing this exclusivity.
To highlight our inspiration without spelling it out for people, we leveraged a unique and iconic style of illustration that is strongly associated with the south of France. Collaborating with Mads Berg, a renowned illustrator known for his modern art deco style and vintage graphics, we found the perfect match for our vision. This vintage-inspired yet contemporary interpretation uses geometric and architectural shapes to capture the spirit of luxurious coastal living. These bespoke illustrations showcased the lifestyle at Plagette32, as each was paired with a render, and matched in terms of tone and color.
This concept came to life through captivating imagery, evocative language, and immersive storytelling. We crafted a narrative that transported potential buyers to a world of sun-kissed shores and premium living, enticing them to become a part of the Plagette experience. Through strategic branding and targeted messaging, we positioned Plagette as more than just a neighborhood - it was a lifestyle, a destination and a dream realized.
