Inspiring Six-Fold Growth With a Five-Person Team

Aliakbar Rostami is the manager of Aren Power Makina Enerji Anonim Sirketi, a Turkey-based supplier of power generation and energy equipment. He built and now personally leads a five-person team that handles both the company's domestic operations in Turkey and its international sales. Rather than splitting relationship-building across separate departments, Rostami works directly with local suppliers and industry contacts at home while also opening and managing the company's relationships with distributors and customers abroad. This nomination is for his role in leading that team through a period of rapid growth, taking the company from a small domestic base to a genuine international operation, while keeping the organization small enough that he remains personally involved in nearly every relationship it depends on.
