Formed in 1965, by the 1970s Donlen took on the innovation leadership role in fleet management by deviating from the typical business sedan and putting clients in specialty-type cars. In the 80s, we became technology innovators as the first to pioneer computer-based fleet leasing seminars, taking weeks off of the vehicle ordering process.
Customer Support through Technology
Our advanced technology has always supported our outstanding customer service. In the ’90s that continued when Donlen was one of the first fleet management companies to go paperless. We developed a computerized system specifically designed to improve customer service speed and efficiency. Donlen introduced the first fleet app.
