We've developed a product utilizing Generative AI to automate document classification, data extraction, and quality checks. Leveraging Microsoft tools like Azure Blob Storage and Azure Data Lake, we store various document formats (email, Excel, Word, PDF) for processing. With Microsoft Azure Cognitive Services for text recognition and extraction, alongside LLM models such as GPT 3.5 and GPT 4, we extract relevant information including tables and label-value pairs. We employed custom prompts and fine-tuned the model to enhance performance on specific document types. Our solution drastically reduces quote generation time from 1 hour to just 10 minutes.
