Ziraat Bank implemented the “Transaction Request Initiation by E-Mail” Project to improve the speed and accuracy of customer service during on-site visits. This digital solution enables portfolio representatives to initiate transaction requests directly via email, allowing for real-time processing of customer instructions without requiring in-office systems. By eliminating manual steps, the project significantly improved operational efficiency, reduced processing errors, and enhanced overall service quality.
The system integrates seamlessly with ZFG Mobile and the Anahtar platform, enabling automated recognition of transaction types based on keywords in the email subject line. This removes the need for manual data entry and document uploads—streamlining what was once a 105-second process into just 5 seconds. As a result, the bank gained 6 man-days in efficiency and strengthened its ability to deliver prompt, high-quality service. The project also reinforced the bank’s technical infrastructure by enabling internal systems to communicate effectively, paving the way for more agile and customer-focused operations.
