Jeff Vanzant is Vice President of Revenue Operations at DailyPay, where he leads a 30+ person organization spanning Sales, Marketing, Channel, Customer Success Operations, GTM Systems, and Enablement. Since joining in 2023, he has become a central force in shaping the company’s commercial strategy, execution, and culture. Recognized as “Leader of the Year” and a Presidents Club winner, Jeff has elevated forecasting rigor, pipeline coverage, and cross-functional alignment. Originally from Barrie, Ontario, Jeff moved to the U.S. to study Business Economics at SUNY Cortland, where he captained the men’s hockey team. That background instilled the resilience, discipline, and teamwork that continue to define his leadership today. With certifications spanning Salesforce AI, Pavilion’s Advanced RevOps, and Winning by Design’s Revenue Architecture, Jeff blends continuous learning with hands-on innovation. Beginning his career in entry-level sales as a Business Development Representative, Jeff has grown in just a decade to become the strategic driver of a late-stage private company’s commercial organization.
