My journey into mentoring and leadership comes from a deeply personal place. As an MBA graduate and corporate strategist at Oracle, I was fully immersed in traditional business frameworks until my son was diagnosed on the spectrum and faced significant developmental challenges.

This led me to explore how Eastern energetic healing and traditional Western medicine could work together to rewire his brain. That eight-year transformation changed his life and fundamentally reshaped my own perspective.

In 2018, I founded kw Enterprises to bring that integrated approach into the business world. My mentoring practice is rooted in the Velmyth™ Codex, a proprietary diagnostic system that corrects hidden reversal patterns in leadership and business architecture - patterns that traditional coaching, consulting or strategy work simply cannot detect.

My mentoring is intentionally versatile, designed to meet leaders where they are, whether in private 1:1 advisory, high-level group settings, or immersive room-based formats. This includes working with founders, C-suite executives, and mastermind groups of influential peers.

What makes my methodology distinct is its interweaving of business strategy and astrology. For each engagement, I gather astrological birth information (date, time, and location) from mentees, allowing me to see where they are in or out of alignment. I then tailor a roadmap for recalibration and growth that is deeply personal, often structural and always transformational.
