PostgreSQL Excellence Scaling Framework: Building a Global Database Expertise Ecosystem

Since joining AWS in 2016, Vivek Kumar Singh has advanced from Cloud Support Engineer to Principal Database Specialist, gaining deep insight into customer needs and technical challenges along the way. His contributions include leading over 30 internal PostgreSQL training sessions through PESF, equipping more than 500 AWS employees, and delivering operational excellence workshops across key U.S. cities, directly training 800+ PostgreSQL users.

Beyond AWS, he plays a pivotal role in the PostgreSQL community as a core member of the Dallas user group and PgSaturday organizer, while actively sharing expertise through global conference talks and 12 in-depth AWS blog posts.
