Design thinking is the core of Stonehill Innovation. We see design thinking as the most valuable problem-solving methodologies to adopt. Our design thinking process starts by learning about the audience and the overall customer journey. Stonehill maps individual touchpoints to understand how the organization influences the outcomes. We review organizational design, current processes, customer interactions and place ourselves within the experience. Our team leverages the information gathered during this initial phase and constructs a point of view based on the needs of the customer. We frame opportunities and prioritize ideas based on the level of influence they will have on the customer experience.

Our efforts are brought together in a tactical approach to develop a prototype of the recommendation. With a strategic plan in place, Stonehill builds a model and measures the outcomes. Once we have a working prototype that is showing results, we use agile implementation methods to help our clients implement the idea across the enterprise. Stonehill works with our clients to oversee change management and ensure the enhancement is fully implemented.
