Prior to Guidewire Software, Vasanta worked as a Lead Salesforce Developer at Farmers Insurance, where he spearheaded digital transformation initiatives such as the Electronic First Notice of Loss project. His contributions included translating functional requirements into technical solutions, designing reusable Apex code, and leading technical requirement gathering sessions. Additionally, he played a crucial role in managing onshore and offshore development teams, conducting design reviews, and implementing CI/CD processes using Jenkins.
