Mr. Sandeep Sasidharakarnavar is a proven leader in HR Solutions and an expert in HR modernization with over 22+ years of IT experience. He is a Workday Certified Solution Architect with expertise in Workday implementations and completed 100+ Workday implementations to various customers globally while he worked for IBM as a solution Architect. Some of his landmark implementations include Wal-Mart, the State of Oregon, and the City of Rochester. Mr. Sasidharakarnavar is currently serving as HR solution architect for Genesys Cloud, responsible for providing technical oversight across the Human Resources, Payroll, and Information Technology departments.

His primary focus is on integration technology and architecture. He works closely with both business and technical teams to recommend solutions that lead to more efficient and effective systems. With deep domain knowledge and strong business acumen, he ensures the delivery of optimal technical solutions. Mr. Sasidharakarnavar showcased his technical leadership during the Human Resources Modernization projects, which involved implementing Workday Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll systems.

As the HR Solutions Architect, he was responsible for designing the integration architecture and ensuring governance for both internal and external systems and working closely with delivery teams on execution. Under his leadership, Genesys’s Architecture group has successfully delivered a smooth transition from complex legacy middleware systems to a modern architecture on the AWS, utilizing the cutting-edge technologies in the cloud, with a well-executed coexistence model to ensure compatibility, security, and consistency.

He has played a critical lead role in this transition from the very beginning and involved in all aspects of the program, also overseeing the technical and strategic details, ensuring smooth migrations, minimal downtime by choosing the right design and technology stack and well-crafted integration strategy, industry standard, Cloud security and compliance model and finally a structured change management process. He also led the HR Platform Governance Body for setting policies, standards, and guidelines for managing IT platforms under Genesys IT Backoffice.

By successfully implementing Genesys’s Global Payroll Project, Mr. Sasidharakarnavar built a centralized global payroll platform for the 100+ Countries where Genesys is currently operating.
