Aditya Pandit serves as a Construction Project Manager at BECO Asset Management, LLC, bringing over seven years of experience in overseeing multifamily developments, commercial buildings, tenant improvements, and land development projects. He holds a Master’s degree in Construction and Facilities Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, along with an MBA from Trine University, equipping him with both technical and managerial expertise.

His current portfolio includes managing large-scale developments such as Tower Hill Phase 2, involving land development for 53 single-family house lots; 1200 Acqua Phase 2, a multifamily project comprising 120 apartments; and the Alaron Apartment complex, a mixed-use development featuring 284 apartments. He has authored articles in international journals on subjects ranging from traffic studies to civil engineering and project management, positioning himself as a thought leader.
