With a career spanning over 15 years, Mayur has garnered extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in the field of IT and Information Security.

Mayur holds an M.S. in Computers and Telecommunications Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. He was a teaching assistant under Dr. Kevin Ryan and has ranked as the #1 student in advanced networking courses.

His journey began 15 years ago in IT Infrastructure and Data Center domains, where he configured, managed, and designed all servers, network devices, and storage for high-availability architecture.

Mayur currently works for Parachute Health, managing global IT and Information security; he is responsible for compliance, threat mitigation, infrastructure as a code migration, and bringing the best technologies on board. Before working at Parachute, Mayur managed IT Infrastructure and Cloud domains in the Travel Technology and Fashion industries. He was responsible for creating a Disaster Recovery Strategy, implementing a Web application firewall, managing bot Defender, migrating to the Cloud, running HA in multiple clouds, and implementing DNS-based load balancing for distributing traffic based on 80% and 20% thresholds between private Colo and Public Cloud.

His expertise extends to maintaining and auditing compliance requirements for a range of regulatory standards, including HITRUST, HIPAA, SOC 2 Type 2, PCI, ISO, and SOC 1 Type 2.
