Ben has served as Chief Financial Officer at Esperion since 2022, after previously holding the position of acting CFO for several years. During his tenure, he has led the financial planning and analytics team, collaborating with executive leadership and the commercial organization to effectively manage the company's financial objectives.

Ben’s personal connection to heart health is profound, as every male member on his father's side of the family passed away from heart attacks or aortic aneurysms before the age of 65, with his father being the exception due to his proactive approach to health. At Esperion, Ben is committed to expanding heart health initiatives beyond his immediate family, focusing on delivering innovative preventative medicines to patients worldwide who are at high risk for cardiovascular disease and heart attacks.

Before joining Esperion, Ben held senior financial and business roles at National Oilwell Varco, BMC Software, and Pfizer, where he gained extensive experience and responsibility in financial management.
