The YouTube Creator Collective, conceptualized and executed by Shobiz (part of the Havas Creative Network) in collaboration with YouTube, was developed to foster a more inclusive and engaging brand experience for content creators across India. As India continues to lead in mobile data consumption, driven primarily by video content, YouTube has emerged as a dominant force in the digital ecosystem, surpassing both OTT platforms and traditional media channels.
In this evolving landscape, creators from smaller cities and towns face challenges in accessing resources and opportunities concentrated in metropolitan areas. The Creator Collective was launched to bridge this gap, offering creators from diverse regions the chance to connect, collaborate, and thrive. This initiative has democratized access across 12 cities in 8 languages, through immersive and experiential events, cultivating a supportive community for creators from all backgrounds.
At the core of this initiative is YouTube’s commitment to creator success, ensuring that every creator, regardless of location, can flourish in the competitive digital arena.
