Cecilia Chiu is an Australian entrepreneur, co-founder, and CSO of New Aim (one of Australia’s largest and fastest-growing e-commerce companies) and the pioneering force of Dropshipzone, Cecilia's career journey and leadership will leave all in awe.

Under Cecilia's leadership since 2005, New Aim has undergone a remarkable transformation, evolving from a garage startup into an e-commerce powerhouse generating hundreds of millions in annual revenue. Recognizing an untapped opportunity in 2009, Cecilia introduced the dropship model to Australia. In 2012, Cecilia harnessed her learnings and launched Dropshipzone to create a more inclusive dropshipping ecosystem. It's her mission to challenge perceptions and empower more Australian SMEs (particularly women) to start and scale a viable e-commerce business.

In 2023 Cecilia was honored as a ‘Winner of Emerging Leader in the Private Sector’ by Women's Agenda, a testament to Cecilia's leadership and the impact she has made in the Australian e-commerce space.
