Gordon Jenkins is a seasoned change activator, speaker, and author. While he doesn’t particularly favor the titles of ‘executive coach’ and ‘mentor,’ he acknowledges that these terms help others better understand his work. Before his career transformation, Gordon worked in financial services, managing large teams at major international banks and accounting firms. With 30 years of experience in C-suite positions, he developed a deep understanding of how to align individual motivations with overall business goals. However, after his wife became ill, Gordon stepped away from the corporate world to explore how he could continue to bring value in a different capacity.

Since becoming an ‘activator for change’ in 2015, Gordon has worked with hundreds of individuals, teams, and organizations. He finds immense joy in showing people that they have far more potential than they realize and in ensuring they take action on their opportunities. Unlike traditional mentors, Gordon doesn’t subscribe to one-size-fits-all, six-week courses. His approach is practical, hands-on, and tailored to each unique situation. Many people seek his expertise after finding traditional coaching methods ineffective.

Gordon’s key strength lies in his ability to drive change quickly. His clients, spanning various industries, are often at critical turning points in their lives or careers and are eager for immediate transformation. On any given day, Gordon might be advising a large national company on restructuring its executive team, leading a workshop for a sales group, helping a lawyer establish their firm, or coaching a TikTok-famous insect expert on their next steps.
