Matt Dean is the Co-Founder, and CEO of Dean&Co. alongside his wife, Jackie Dean. The agency was founded in November of 2021 and has grown from two people to a team of twelve in just two and a half years. Matt continues to lead the company into the future as the visionary of the agency lending his skillsets in all areas of agency growth including business development.

With the leadership of Matt Dean, the agency has continued to grow at a rate of 30% or greater year over year and the agency continues to exceed their client expectations. Outside of the agency, Matt continues to be involved with numerous organizations such as AIGA, ULI, and EO along with being on the Board of Judges for the AIVA and Summit International Creative Awards. Jackie and Matt have continued to live their dream together of being successful professionals while raising a young family in Denver, Colorado.
