Supply Chain Excellence: Navigating the Ecommerce Landscape

With over 14 years of experience specializing in IT and Retail, and as a Technical Architect at Signet Jewelers, I have garnered recognition through several awards including the Accenture ACE Award (July 2012), Infosys Dynamo Award (November 2014), BHS UK Bridget Award for outstanding project delivery (June 2016), and the IBM Service Excellence Award (March 2017). I am a Senior member of IEEE, an active member of the National Retail Federation (NRF) and ACM, engaging deeply within these communities.

My participation as a distinguished judge in numerous hackathons includes events at Rowan University and other platforms hosted by organizations like CodeEDU and QubitX in 2024. I am also a frequent speaker at technical conferences, with further details available on my profile at lambdaconf.us.

I was instrumental in one the key projects in January 2022, which generated over £77 million in revenue. This project, among others, leveraged key retail innovations such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS), enhancing both customer interaction and operational efficiency.

I led several product innovation projects, including the Commits and Sourcing Revamp for Urban Outfitters in June 2021, where I worked on integrating vendor systems with BlueYonder’s commit service for real-time inventory visibility. Other notable projects include spearheading initiatives like BOPIS for Williams Sonoma in April 2019 and enhancing delivery processes at IKEA in April 2016, which included the implementation of a personalized delivery time window system.

A significant part of my work involved conducting performance testing for Sephora USA from April 2018 to March 2019, where I managed a load of 20,000 orders per hour, improving system performance and reliability by identifying and resolving key issues.

During my tenure at Infosys from June 2014 to June 2015, I led a team of junior developers, training them in the latest IBM Sterling OMS products. This effort culminated in a successful implementation for Tractor Supply Corporation, showcasing my ability to mentor and lead in complex technical environments.
