The programme is aimed at assembly, maintenance, and vehicle repair professionals and future professionals, but anyone can sign up, for free, to access the currently available courses: Threadlocking, Windscreen Replacement, Introduction to Bonding, Fundamentals of Bonding, Intro to Collision Repair, Rebuilding OEM Seams, and LOCTITE Sales Expert, with these available, or in two cases soon to be available, in 10+ languages in 40 countries. Each course contains 3-7 chapters, with each chapter taking around 15 mins to complete. Completion of a course unlocks LOCTITE certification.

The courses use a mixture of skillful design, clear and concise text, case studies, video, gameplay, and quiz elements, and Henkel e-learning characters LOC and ROSON, to get the information across in as engaging a way as possible. To use Fundamentals of Bonding as an example, the chapters are The Magnificent Bonding Game Show (a recap of the previous course), Bond Design (forces, stress, and their impact on different joints), Factors for Bonding (considerations when choosing an adhesive), Flexible Bonding & Sealing (a deep dive into flexible bonding), Rigid Bonding (a deep dive into rigid bonding), Tech Selector Tool (user inputs info; the tool suggests a suitable technology), and Mythbusters (debunking popular bonding myths). The courses help users make informed decisions within their areas of expertise and unlock substantial new value beyond their current capabilities. Whether the challenge is to create more innovative product designs or to reduce unplanned plant downtime and improve efficiency, the courses can help engineers make informed decisions within their area of expertise, and empower distributors to recommend the best possible products and services.
