Sevada Baghdyan

Sevada Baghdyan, the founder of Relevant Executive Search and Consulting Company, and a co-founder of Menu Group Food Delivery Company, is an executive search consultant with extensive experience in various areas including general management, e-commerce, business development, human resources, and operations. With a background as a CEO for many years, Sevada has established himself as an expert in these fields.
Over the course of three years, Sevada has made significant contributions to the development of executive search in Armenia. He has successfully completed numerous executive search projects for companies across diverse sectors such as banking and finance, pharmaceuticals, retail, technology, and other industries.

Prior to venturing into the executive search field, Sevada spent a decade as an entrepreneur. He co-founded a highly successful company - Menu Group in the food tech industry, which has emerged as the market leader in four countries and achieved a valuation of 40 million USD in 2019. This startup is recognized as one of the most prosperous Armenian startups.

Furthermore, Sevada Baghdyan holds a certification in negotiation from Harvard, having completed the Harvard Negotiation Methodology program.
