When considering where one’s loved ones will live in their senior years, safety and security understandably are top the list for most families’ priorities. Inspīr - a new, luxury senior living brand offering a different approach to living for discerning seniors in urban markets – has achieved just that, and at the highest level imaginable at their Carnegie Hill flagship location. Conceived as a luxury high-rise residential assisted living building on Manhattan’s Upper East Side, the property was designed by Handel Architects for Maplewood Senior Living’s new urban brand.
While Inspīr represents the epitome of luxury accommodations, exceptional hospitality, cutting-edge technology, whole-person wellness and world-class care, they have also raised the bar exponentially on keeping their residents safe and secure through innovative programs, state-of-the-art technology, memory care and assisted/enhanced care options. Perhaps most notably in this area, the property stands out from its competitive set by significantly reducing falls in its senior population thanks to its investment in tech and AI.
Inspīr also offers an in-house on-site tech concierge to help residents use the smart-home and personal technology that is provided. The implementation of all technological products at Inspir is led by Brian Geyser, Chief Clinical Officer and VP Clinical of Clinical Innovation, who is responsible for researching and piloting new technology solutions to determine the effectiveness in improving health, happiness and safety among residents.
