THONY DA SILVA ROMERO

This is the story of a production assistant who became a partner and CEO of the company he started working for in 1993.
By 1993, at the age of 21, Thony Da Silva Romero joined the company Pizzolante & Asociados through its audiovisual production practice, since he had previous experience in the audiovisual communication field working for the most important television channel in his country, Venezuela.
Da Silva began a path that would make him a consultant from within the firm, and in the year 2000 he was appointed partner and member of the Board of Directors, later he would occupy various managerial and executive positions until being appointed CEO in 2018, just before the pandemic that was succesfully surpassed, protecting people and generating profit.
Throughout his career, Da Silva has contributed to leading the organization through permanent innovation and renewal of its value offer attending over 400 Top Tier clients (many of them S&P 500). He has been a key player in the internationalization process of the company that has been operating in the Ibero-American market for decades. Also, he has represented the company in business circles and associative organizations in various Latin American countries.
Likewise, he has built for PIZZOLANTE its internal and external communications platform, the team's performance evaluation mechanisms, and has created a platform for the exchange of knowledge and training called “Sapiencia”, he has also incorporated well-being strategies for his team, as well as guided professional update processes for the entire consultancy team.
Da Silva has open market opportunities and supports the Board of Directors in making viable the regional opportunities that have been opened in countries such as Panamá, Mexico, Croatia, the United States, Honduras, Spain, Egypt, Guatemala, Venezuela, Colombia, the Dominican Republic, Argentina, and many other countries to which the firm's services have reached.
