The brand’s flagship senior living residence, Inspīr Carnegie Hill, is located at 1802 Second Avenue at 93rd Street, in the heart of New York City's Upper East Side. Inspīr Carnegie Hill boasts a masterfully designed building with state-of-the-art technology and 215 private residences customized to fit the needs of an aging population.

Inspīr Carnegie Hill was designed by Handel Architects as a flagship property for Maplewood Senior Living’s new urban brand. The project includes 215 residences and approximately 40,000 SF of amenity space that bridges between indoors and out. The DNA of the project is centered on wellness, and its design is based on the importance of connecting residents with the outdoors and natural light; an essential value, especially for those living in the city. The residential floors of the community allow natural light and fresh air to pour through the floor-to-ceiling tilt-in windows of each unit.

The property features a saltwater pool, massive floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing city and river views; interior gardens; areas that open seamlessly into a lush, landscaped terrace; and naturally colored stones and metals. Every floor also features a shared living room, each with its own unique color palette and furnishings, to create smaller “neighborhoods” within the larger building.
