Today, ALLHC owns 4 industrial estates spanning 988 hectares in gross land area, real estate logistics facilities encompassing 288,000 square meters of gross leasable area (GLA), cold storage facilities with over 7,000 pallet positions, and retail & office centers with 93,000 sq.m. of commercial GLA.

Among its notable developments is Laguna Technopark, one of the country’s first privately-owned industrial estates built in 1990.
