AyalaLand Logistics Holdings Corp. (ALLHC), a subsidiary of Ayala Land, Inc. (ALI), is a leading industrial real estate company in the Philippines. ALLHC is ALI’s vehicle to pursue real estate logistics and industrial estate development, underscoring its support to local economic growth and nation-building.



ALLHC is present in six growth areas nationwide through its diversified portfolio consisting of industrial parks, warehouses, cold storage facilities, and commercial leasing properties. Today, ALLHC owns 4 industrial estates spanning 988 hectares in gross land area, real estate logistics facilities encompassing 288,000 square meters of gross leasable area (GLA), cold storage facilities with over 7,000 pallet positions, and retail & office centers with 93,000 sq.m. of commercial GLA.



Among its notable developments is Laguna Technopark, one of the country’s first privately-owned industrial estates built in 1990.
