I am the owner and founder of Assistant Solutions, a consulting firm based in Kansas City. With a passion for utilizing technology to help businesses succeed, I have developed a unique consulting experience that has garnered praise from clients all over the world. My skills in strategic growth and operational management have helped businesses tackle complicated tech issues and achieve long-term success. I believe in working closely with my clients, getting to know their businesses inside out to develop bespoke strategies that solve their tech issues quickly and efficiently.

I am the CEO of the company.
3 Please tell us more about your organization.
Assistant Solutions offers services on a project basis or ongoing collaborations in a business manager or director of operations capacity. My collaborative approach has earned praises from others in the industry, who have noted my dedication to making a difference in the lives of those I help. With Assistant Solutions, businesses can get hands-on with tech requirements without waiting for an internal position to be filled.
4 Describe the industry your organization is specialized in, as well as its main characteristics.
My industry is considered "Online Business Manager" or OBM for short. Main characteristics consist of virtual work, versatile skill set, entrepreneurial mindset, client-focused approach, and we tend to be in high-demand.

Winning the TITAN Business Awards is a great honor for myself and my team. It signifies our hard work, dedication, and innovative solutions being recognized by industry experts and peers. It is a testament to our commitment to excellence and helps build trust and credibility with potential clients and partners.
6 How has winning an international award help promote your organization?
It helps to build credibility and trust with potential clients and partners. It shows others that may be looking for someone in my industry that I really do know my stuff.
7 What are the challenges of developing / marketing your winning entry(ies)?
None that I can think of.
8 As a business owner, please tell us more about your ideation process.
I generate ideas and processes for clients to help them achieve their business goals. The custom solutions come about from conversations, emails, and a top-down approach to evaluation their business. I lean on my love of critical thinking to help me develop solutions that fit today and in the future.
9 What is your own definition of a successful team / organization / business?
My definition of a successful business is one that serves their clients and does it well. Yes, of course, everyone has to make money but at the end of the day that business is there to help their clients succeed. If my clients are winning and having major success, then so am I.
10 What led you / your organization to become successful within the industry you are currently in?
I'd say it is our unique approach. We truly listen, take a top-down approach to truly understanding the problems. We aren't just task rabbits. We truly care about our clients' business and want to see them be as successful as possible.
11 How has the country, you are based in, helped move your industry forward?
I know many people started online businesses within the past few years and a lot of people work from home now. This sudden growth in ability to work from home or start businesses has led to an influx of clients needing help.
12 What have you found to be a hindering factor, for your business, during the entire course of the pandemic, and how did you overcome that hinderance?
I actually didn't have any hindrances that I can think of. The pandemic made my business boom.
13 What are the current trends in the business industry that you are most excited about?
I am most excited to see the continued growth AND how AI contributes to our solutions.
14 What resources would you recommend to someone who is searching to improve their business prospects and organizational success?
I always recommend a way to organize leads and contacts (so a good CRM) and a system such as ClickUp or Asana to keep your thoughts and tasks straight.
15 Where do you see the evolution of the overall business industry in the next 5-10 years?
I see it continuing to explode with growth.
16 Who inspired you in your life, and why?
My Mee Mee (grandmother). She was a successful corporate EA who had an amazing career. She is so smart and has led such an incredible life.
