5 Congratulations! As the winner of the TITAN Business Awards, what does it mean for you and your team to receive this distinction?

2022 is proving to be one of our stupendous years because we have been receiving many accolades back-to-back. Titan Buiness Excellence Awards is another proud extension to our kitty and we thank the platform immensely for the opportunity to present our innovative side. At Radixweb, we believe that excellence is a constant process and is only achieved by true perseverance and dedication. Our core mission to build a sustainable global tech ecosystem which benefits one and all and the award doesn’t just help build our credibility further but also spreads the word about making our innovation available for all to benefit.

6 How has winning an international award help promote your organization?

I strongly believe that for us at Radixweb, another name for success is seeing our stakeholders flourish with the help of our digital innovation. We have always valued our client feedbacks at par with financial gains. Receiving this award has undoubtedly provided us the right platform to speak about our innovation – the open-source web development platform RxWeb – which means more developers and businesses will be able to reap the benefits of the architecture. Receiving this award just brings us another step closer to our goal of curating a sustainable global tech environment.

7 What are the challenges of developing / marketing your winning entry(ies)?

With application code gradually becoming obsolete, our tech masters increasingly felt the need of building an architecture that eliminated high web development and maintenance costs. So, in 2012, our innovators built a framework to smoothen and standardize internal software dev process which address data breaches, evolving tech, code stability. There was a greater need in the industry to build technically complex and agile applications with ease, we recognized this gap and built RxWeb - an open-source, clean-code architecture for web applications developed on Angular and .Net core. In early 2020, Angular recognized this promising framework. Thereafter, we've added amazing functionalities like Domain-Driven Design, Serverless, Microservices. Integrated top-notch security in front-end through RxWeb, which has JWT-based authentication, OWASP security compliance, and federated identity. It now exploits Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions. The acceptance of RxWeb in the IT industry as a boilerplate speaks of our success. Not only has it strengthened our internal development, but it has imbibed tech decisions for developers worldwide. It has emerged as a robust process for safeguarding code security with compliance, strong resource for third-party security audit, automated code quality checking, monitoring process for relaxing product release, vanguard against code stability concerns and technology iterations.

8 As a business owner, please tell us more about your ideation process.

We have a brilliant team of experts who love to keep themselves updated – not only about emerging IT trends but also about the complexities faced by the development community. To be very honest, RxWeb was designed initially to streamline our development constraints, but now it has emerged as a preferred solution with 2028 installations.

9 What is your own definition of a successful team / organization / business?

I believe that true organizational success is when your stakeholders (both internal and external) grow with you. Raising an organization from a startup to a fast-moving corporate establishment has huge emotions involved and for me, my clients as well as my team are an integral part of this success. So, for us at Radixweb, success isn’t defined by only financial gains. It means rave reviews on our commitment towards driving innovation, crafting a steady growth path for our clients, enabling them to unlock the true potential of their tech investments and presenting both vertical and horizontal growth curves to our Radxians.

10 What led you / your organization to become successful within the industry you are currently in?

I cannot name one aspect in this regard! Putting in endless hours of brainstorming as a team, determination to true software partners and helping clients discover untapped potentials, building connections that span across professional relationships – everything has contributed to our success. But more than anything, I believe it is our constant strive for perfection and excellence that has driven us to keep ourselves relevant in the market through rigorous upscaling and cross-scaling.

11 How has the country, you are based in, helped move your industry forward?

India is one of the world’s biggest outsourcing/offshoring hubs, and has made up around 19.2% of the global IT spend in 2021 and the numbers do not stop there! The Indian IT industry is regarded as the breeding ground of modern innovators enabling world-class technology solutions across industries. Even the FAANG and many other leading global firms have set up their offices in India which has emerged as a knowledge-based economy from an agricultural economy. There are several contributing factors behind this growth: 1. Low cost of operation and tax advantages 2. Supportive government policies 3. Availability of technically skilled workforce 4. Rapid introduction of IT technologies in major sectors such as telecom, BFSI. 5. Strong growth in export demand 6. Use of new technologies like cloud computing 7. Government established SEZs

12 What have you found to be a hindering factor, for your business, during the entire course of the pandemic, and how did you overcome that hinderance?

More than actual barriers, I think we had huge mental blocks that the pandemic cleared away. For an example, the pre-pandemic IT world relied on in-office presence, however, during the course of the pandemic when we had to accommodate wfh schedules, we learnt to work with remote teams and now like most businesses, we operate on a hybrid mode. Again, the pandemic called for unwarranted changes due to changing market scenarios – firstly, we had to accommodate disruptive changes in our digital strategies to stay afloat in the market, and in the next phase, we had to let go of disruption and embrace sustainable growth prospects. These changes were unsettling for most businesses irrespective of their industry, I believe we could accustom ourselves to this because Radixweb is always one-step ahead in its strategies, always future ready in our approach.

13 What are the current trends in the business industry that you are most excited about?

I would list them down as below: 1. Business Intelligence Systems 2. End-to-end business automation 3. Application Agility/Modernization 4. Multivendor technology support – IT Support and Maintenance

14 What resources would you recommend to someone who is searching to improve their business prospects and organizational success?

I cannot stress enough on the need for building interpersonal relationships with peers from the industry – relationships that extend beyond professional gains. Because in our knowledge-based industry, every tech mind is panning out at a bizarre pace and when you delve deep in communication with your contemporaries, you discover uncanny possibilities of the business. I follow a lot of tech influencers around the world on my social media platforms, listen to podcasts and interviews, and engaging with people I’d say is the best resource to discover untapped possibilities.

15 Where do you see the evolution of the overall business industry in the next 5-10 years?

We must realize that there has been a shift from business-centricity to client-centricity in the past few years. As they say, the client is king! And businesses that have learned to keep clients at the center of their growth, have managed to tap into huge future possibilities. Client demands from software partners have changed in the recent past and will further evolve, so businesses must be ready more than ever to pan themselves out accordingly. I’d rather say, we are moving more towards a people-focused approach in business – one that benefits both internal and external stakeholders.

16 Who inspired you in your life, and why?

Swami Vivekananda has been my one true idol and since the time I came across his learnings, I have imbibed his teachings wholeheartedly and reaped unending benefits. His rational thoughts, righteousness, zeal for changing the world and approach towards engaging and motivating the youth was far more evolved for a man of that era. What surprises me that his teachings hold value even today, so many years later. The perfect blend of rational mind and emotions – I almost try to shadow him in my daily life.

17 What is your key to success? Any parting words of wisdom?

Consistency, Consistency and Consistency. That’s the secret to success. You could be the most talented person in the world but if you are inconsistent in your efforts, success will evade you.
