Dell Technologies World 2026 had to make an invisible revolution visible. More than 10,000 customers, partners, and industry leaders needed to understand not only Dell’s vision for the AI era, but the complex infrastructure powering it. Yet tokens, agents, data, and tokenomics have no established visual language. Dell and Invision turned that challenge into an immersive, two-part journey through the Modern Enterprise and the Modern Data Center.

Rather than build a keynote backdrop, the team created one connected storytelling system. Michael Dell’s opening keynote unfolded in a warm, future-forward boardroom overlooking the Austin skyline, showing the human and business outcomes enabled by AI. The following morning, the same environment descended underground into an Innovators Lab, revealing the technology beneath that vision. Jeff Clarke entered through a concealed door within the center LED, appearing to walk directly out of the data center.

Every element served the narrative. AI tokens became dimensional cubes that assembled, exploded, multiplied, and ultimately overtook the environment. Light became a metaphor for intelligence, activating enterprise data hidden in darkness. A custom “light blueprint” system drew products into existence before resolving into finished hardware. Physical products emerged from the digital world through tightly choreographed staging, including a PowerEdge server that appeared to float onto the stage before becoming the centerpiece of a memorable exchange between Michael Dell and NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang.

This was creative spectacle with business discipline. The flexible three-part LED architecture supported executive conversations, live demonstrations, partner stories, and major product announcements while maintaining one clear narrative. It translated highly technical concepts into ideas audiences could immediately grasp, connecting Dell’s enterprise vision to the infrastructure and products that make it possible.

The result was Dell Technologies World’s highest attendee satisfaction rate ever. More than 50 million digital views extended the experience far beyond the room. By integrating scenic architecture, digital media, products, music, and live performance, Dell and Invision transformed two complex B2B keynotes into one intuitive journey and gave the AI era a world audiences could enter, understand, and remember.
