After an extraordinary 100-year milestone, Delta Air Lines faced a rare challenge. How do you sustain the energy of a historic centennial while redirecting leaders toward the future? The solution was not a bigger celebration. It was a sharper mission.
Enter BEYOND 100, a bold strategic experience designed and produced by BI WORLDWIDE to move 6,000 leaders from reflection to acceleration.
Hosted at Atlanta’s Mercedes-Benz Stadium in January 2026, LEAD 2026 reimagined an iconic venue as a future-focused leadership arena. Every keynote, activation, and workshop aligned around a single objective: prepare leaders to drive the next century of growth, innovation, and performance.
The scenic design became a powerful symbol of that ambition. A striking 12-foot-high “treetop” platform rose above the end zone, positioning CEO Ed Bastian and executive leaders in compelling proximity to the audience. The structure was not only visually commanding but intentionally sustainable, engineered for long-term reuse and minimal environmental impact.
This was not a traditional conference. It was a fully immersive stadium-scale experience.
A high school marching band ignited the atmosphere. Leaders danced in the stands. Stadium screens were fully activated. Interactive camera filters added moments of surprise and delight. Attendees flowed throughout the concourse, clubs, and field, transforming the massive space into a connected leadership community.
Technology amplified every touchpoint. The BIW app drove engagement before and after the event, while digital wayfinding monitors streamlined navigation across the venue. The result was a seamless, data-driven experience that reduced waste, increased efficiency, and reinforced Delta’s forward-thinking mindset.
BEYOND 100 did more than honor a legacy. It activated momentum.
As LEAD 2026 concluded, 6,000 leaders departed aligned, energized, and ready for takeoff. Eyes forward. Strategy clear. The next century in motion.
