These communities, comprising families, professionals, and retirees, actively engaged in collaborative activities designed to strengthen social bonds and shared ownership of their neighborhoods.

Key highlights included the Avida Upcycling Parol-Making Challenge, where teams from different properties crafted Christmas lanterns using at least 80% recycled materials, judged on creativity, execution, and use of materials. Complementing this were family-focused activities encouraging home décor creation from recycled items and planting initiatives fostering a sense of environmental stewardship.

Simultaneous lifestyle events in selected communities enriched the resident experience with celebrations such as “A Taste of My Hometown,” an event promoting diverse local cuisines, and Community Barter booths where neighbors traded goods, reinforcing community support and sustainability. The “Inspired Life Spaces” initiative showcased residents' interior designs, with winners featured on Avida’s social platforms, spotlighting creativity and personal expression.

NutriAsia supported the festivities by donating over 2,000 food products and partnering to offer small- and medium-sized enterprises a platform to promote local goods across six Avida communities. This collaboration underscored Avida’s role as a catalyst for inclusive community development, extending the event’s impact beyond celebration to empower local businesses and residents alike.
