Held at the Ayala Malls Glorietta 4 - Activity Center, the Bespoke event displayed artistic interpretations of Avida’s latest developments—Avida Towers Makati Southpoint, Crescela Nuvali, Sentria Storeys Vermosa, and Serin Terraces Tagaytay—crafted in collaboration with Philippine Institute of Interior Designers (PIID) and lifestyle influencers. Each model unit became a canvas where creative partnerships brought spaces to life that nurture wellness, foster creativity, and embrace eco-conscious living. The experience affirmed Avida's commitment to building communities that evolve with residents while supporting their dreams.

There also a media tour on the 2nd run of the Bespoke event. A key highlight was the property tour starting at Nuvali’s Model House and Showroom, where Avida’s footprint in Nuvali was presented, from sprawling house-and-lot communities designed for space and stability to mid-rise condominiums that harmonize convenience and nature. The tour also included visits to iconic communities like Hillcrest Estates and event activations showcasing Crescela Nuvali’s and Serin Terraces Tagaytay’s curated model units.

Beyond aesthetics, Bespoke integrates sustainability at its core. Developments incorporate eco-friendly features such as solar lighting, rainwater harvesting, material recovery facilities, and native plant nurseries, crafting communities that are environmentally responsible and future-ready.
