The strategy team is responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive sales strategy, beginning with an in-depth analysis of the competitive landscape and a clear identification of the target market. These foundational steps ensure that all sales activities are data-driven, market-aligned, and tailored to meet evolving customer needs. The market and customer insights gained are consolidated into a strategic document that serves as a roadmap for all the internal sales functions to plan our development projects, be it market positioning, pricing, community features, customer engagement and sales projections.
They play a key role in analyzing competitors’ offerings within the region as well as benchmarking internationally, pricing, and positioning to identify market gaps and opportunities that could enhance ROSHN branding and create USP for our masterplans. They also define and segment our ideal ROSHN customer base for each project.
The Strategy team at ROSHN develops a data-driven pricing strategy grounded in comprehensive market research and benchmarking. This approach integrates primary sales performance, segmented lead data, big data analytics (including supply-demand modeling and Highest & Best Use studies), and detailed benchmark analyses that normalize for premiums and discounts. Additionally, the strategy incorporates macro and microeconomic analysis, field research, and consumer insights gathered from feedback and surveys.
They also align business goals with actionable plans, that are tracked weekly and monthly across decided key performance indicators for all sales functions which further ensure sustainable growth and maximized value across the ROSHN Group.
