Jani is a seasoned tech executive with over 20 years of experience in Sales and Partnerships and 16+ years as a people leader. For the past 15 years, he has led high-impact regional and global businesses at Google across Europe and the United States. He currently heads Google’s Search Partnerships business and is a seven-time recipient of Google Gold and Platinum Awards. Previously Jani lead the Global Channel Partnerships business for 5 years driving innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable revenue growth.

Jani’s leadership has earned recognition beyond Google, including the Global Recognition Award™, Global Leader Award, and listings in Marquis Who’s Who in America and Marquis Top Executives.

An experienced Board Advisor and Certified Executive Coach, Jani is the founder of Uuni, a leadership development company, and Kuuma, a lifestyle-focused social media venture. He has coached CEOs, entrepreneurs, athletes, and rising leaders for over a decade. He is also a Certified Board Director (NACD.DC), a member of the Forbes Business Development Council, and a Fast Company Executive Board member.

Jani has held nonprofit leadership roles in Rotary, the Chamber of Commerce, and Junior Chamber International (JCI), where he made history as the first non-Irish National President of JCI Ireland. He has earned multiple national and international awards and holds lifetime honorary membership as a JCI Senator.

He holds three Master’s and Bachelor's degrees in Business, Corporate Law, and Political Science, is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and has earned executive certifications from MIT, Stanford, Wharton, and Harvard. He also holds honorary awards for military service and Rotary international exchange.

Outside of work, Jani is a world-class athlete. He is a two-time Ironman All World Gold Athlete (top 2% globally), and a seven-time Finnish National Champion in Taekwondo, two-time Nordic Champion, and multi-time international gold medalist. He is also a certified coach with credentials from USA Triathlon, USA Taekwondo, and NASM.
