As a Principal Data Architect, Subash Senthil Mohanvel led the design and development of a Gen AI Chatbot for a leading logistics supply chain management provider. This innovative solution was crafted to provide real-time updates for order tracking, milestones, and inventory management. The AI-driven system, built on the Azure platform, utilizes a robust tech stack including Azure Cognitive Services, Bot Framework, Gen AI Insights, OpenAI ChatGPT 3.5, AI guardrails, Lang-chain framework, and Databricks, to optimize user experience.

The Gen AI Chatbot is designed to streamline order tracking by providing timely milestones and inventory updates, while also predicting external factors such as inclement weather and vehicle failures that may impact delivery.
