Celebrating a century of success, COUNTRY Financial partnered with BI WORLDWIDE to host a remarkable event at the ENRICH 2025 Conference in Arlington, Texas. The challenge: to pay homage to COUNTRY’s storied past while unveiling groundbreaking strategies for the future.

Over two exciting days, 1,100 attendees explored COUNTRY Financial’s history, current initiatives, and future vision through immersive experiences, all brought to life by BI WORLDWIDE.

Stepping into the Loews Arlington Hotel, guests were surrounded by 100-year Anniversary branding, prominently displayed in high-traffic areas. The “Honoring the Past” exhibit invited attendees on a nostalgic journey, showcasing beautifully backlit design walls, artifacts from COUNTRY’s history, and AI-powered “Decades” photo experiences. At the heart of the event, the “Connect” Expo brought colleagues together, offering a firsthand look at current strategies through engaging booths and networking opportunities designed to spark collaboration.

The on-stage show dazzled with a high-resolution, eleven-panel LED display, tiered seating, and two massive 30’ turntables unveiling key program elements. The event opened with a moving, multi-screen tribute featuring vintage footage of client families through the years, followed by a patriotic presentation from the Texas Battalion Color Guard. Immersive motion graphics and dynamic set reveals transported the audience through time—keynotes were delivered in a 1920s office, a 1960s living room, and a 1990s server room, illustrating COUNTRY’s rich history. Future strategies were unveiled in modern, striking panel discussion sets, each uniquely designed and revealed via turntables.

The 100-year Celebration reached new heights at AT&T Stadium with an unforgettable night of exhilaration. Guests stepped back in time with classic games from past decades, showcased their athleticism with kick and pass challenges, and cheered as the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders lit up the field. NFL Sports legends delivered personal congratulatory videos, while the live band kept the energy soaring with music and pyrotechnics. To top it off, 360-degree photo stations allowed guests to capture the magic of the evening in style.

The following morning, attendees were energized by an inspiring keynote from Tim Tebow, who left them motivated and ready to carry COUNTRY’s legacy forward into the next 100 years.
