In April 2019, Kai Group Holdings acquired AccuTitle, launching a period of rapid growth. Subsequent acquisitions include MagramOnline (New York, 2019), Closers' Choice (Southeast, 2020), Landtech (Southeast, 2020), TrackerPro (New York, 2021), and Real Res (Florida, 2024). These acquisitions have solidified our presence in key markets, including a remarkable 53% share of closings in New Jersey, 48% in New York, and 35% in Florida as of 2024.

AccuTitle now serves over 3,100 Title Agencies with over 9,000 title professionals across 47 states, emphasizing our commitment to innovation and service excellence. Our most notable achievement in 2024 was the development and launch of Accuair, a revolutionary title and escrow application. Accuair integrates the best features of our acquired platforms with a modern, intuitive user interface, setting a new standard for title management.
