A sustainable practice background from MS in electrical engineering led him to earn Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design - LEED AP (BD+C) certification. His contributions to the transportation sector in the US are commendable as they include the review of electrical design drawings for buildings that support the road transportation department, electric vehicle charging stations design reviews and scoping, and electrification fleet transition modeling. These designs have direct application of the approved industry standards for the government agencies across the United States such as the NESC, NEC, NETA MTS, IECC, ASHRAE 90.1, IBC, IFC, and applicable NFPA standards. The support he provides to the clients in transportation is strongly related to engineering design, review and management of lighting and power design for tunnels, bridges, arc-flash improvement scoping, and other large capital project engineering construction support services. Apart from his experience working with the government of India undertaking HPCL, he has been associated with projects with clients in the United States such as NJ Department of Transportation, Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, New York City Transit, Port Authority of NY & NJ, AMTRAK, CapMetro, Maryland Transportation Authority, Maryland Port Authority, Maryland Transit Authority, Princeton University, and many more.
