Workhuman Live 2024 set out to counter this by helping HR leaders focus on what truly matters. Workhuman, a SaaS company, not only offers HR solutions but also hosts Workhuman Live, an annual four-day conference designed for HR and people leaders. Organizing this event required balancing business objectives with the needs of diverse attendees, including customers, prospects, analysts, HR professionals and people leaders at all levels. The conference blended educational and inspirational content, offering immersive experiences over three days that catered to both personal and professional growth.
The event’s narrative, "Focus," was incorporated into every aspect, from the agenda to the interactive show floor zones. Content was delivered through a variety of formats, including keynotes, panels, workshops, and networking opportunities. Interactive zones, color-coded to align with key content tracks, offered hands-on experiences that connected real-world HR challenges with Workhuman’s solutions. Additional curated experiences are hosted throughout the conference including a customer awards celebration, sales dinners, and a private CxO networking dinner – all structured to meet specific company goals.
Workhuman Live 2024 achieved significant success, with over 2,700 registrants, representing a 58% increase from the previous year, and a 93% attendance rate. Attendees left the event with actionable insights and a renewed sense of purpose, as reflected in a strong Net Promoter Score (NPS) of +61. The vibrant, well-designed event space and robust marketing campaign contributed to the overall success, making the event not just a gathering but a catalyst for meaningful change in the HR community.
