Rama Subramanian Damodaran has 20 years of IT experience with deep technical knowledge and leadership skills. He holds a Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Teaneck, NJ together with various certifications in IT and Project Management. He is a certified PMP, AWS Data analytics Specialty, Azure Fundamentals Az -900, SAP – Managerial and Financial accounting.

Rama S. Damodaran works as a Data program Director in Healthcare and he is transforming how healthcare organizations can utilize the power of AI to better serve patients. His contributions span across other areas providing AI solutions to various issues faced by veterinarians in India. His innovative solutions utilize many of the algorithms RNN, Neural networks, and Deep learning, which have become a cornerstone of modern AI research and applications.

During his career, he has served in various industries such as Oil and Gas, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, FMCG, and Manufacturing. In the past 7 years, he has led teams in migrating systems from on-premises to various Cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, and Azure. He currently leads a team of Data engineers and System engineers where the focus is on Gen AI and many AI-related initiatives in Healthcare.
