He joined Capgemini America in 2022 as Senior Manager of Cloud, Security, AI/ML, and FinOps Services Development, overseeing the development and implementation of cutting-edge IT solutions, leading to significant advancements in technology infrastructure and operational efficiency, and contributing to over $1.8 million in cost savings and revenue growth. Subash Banala is a distinguished Senior Member of the IEEE, recognizing his significant contributions and expertise in the fields of technology and engineering.

Subash held a position at IBM Pvt Ltd. as a Technical Services Professional specializing in Security Vulnerability Management, Middleware, Cloud Technologies, and Project Management. He also served in the role of Subject Matter Expert (SME), where he focused on leading initiatives in Cloud Solutions, Vulnerability Management, and Security. During this time, he implemented advanced cloud technologies and strengthened security protocols to enhance both the organization's and clients' infrastructures, protecting critical assets. He has worked in Retail Banking, automobile, credit cards, Payment Systems, and financial services.

Subash has successfully developed and maintained CI/CD pipelines, automated software delivery processes, and integrated security testing tools. Proficient in Docker, Kubernetes, microservices architecture, and cloud security, Subash has also implemented FinOps strategies to optimize cloud spending. Additionally, skilled in the migration of tools and cloud infrastructure, and he has leveraged AI/ML to optimize workflows and enhance data analytics and implemented robust monitoring and observability solutions, ensuring system reliability, performance, and availability. Subash has excelled in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and designing and proposing innovative solutions that meet client needs and business goals.

In addition to his professional roles, Subash Banala is certified as an AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), HashiCorp Terraform Associate, ITIL Certified, and IBM Certified System Administrator for WebSphere.

Subash graduated with honors with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering. He has written numerous publications and peer-reviewed research papers on various topics related to Cloud technologies and AI/ML.
