Manas Talukdar is a seasoned technology leader with significant contributions to the field of Artificial Intelligence and Data Infrastructure. He has been instrumental in the development of innovative AI and Data products used in mission critical sectors across the world.

**Significant contributions in Data Infrastructure and AI**
As individual contributor for the leading industrial software company (OSIsoft/Aveva), Manas made key contributions to the top time-series process data historian in the world - the PI System. As individual contributor in lead developer capacity, Manas architected and developed a cloud-native data platform for massive scale in the order of billions of data streams. This seeded the next series of enterprise products for the company enabling it to greatly scale the business. As Engineering Manager, Manas led teams and built greenfield products broadly in the areas of process data management and data science enablement for Industrial AI.

**Technical and Organizational Leadership in Enterprise AI**
Manas joined the leading Enterprise AI company (C3 AI) as Engineering Manager, prior to their IPO, and scaled his team of 6 engineers to an org of ~30 engineers across multiple teams. He delivered on new initiatives critical for the company, broadly at the intersection of large-scale data infrastructure and AI. This included scaling data ingestion for the AI Platform, a new data exploration product, a novel metadata based feature store for machine learning, vector database integration, unstructured data integration for Generative AI use-cases, etc. In recognition of his efforts and results, Manas was rapidly promoted twice in a short span of time, to Director of Engineering, reflecting his significant performance and high impact to the business and the industry at large.

Currently as Director of Engineering at Labelbox, a startup where he runs organizations in US and EU, he is driving the development of a data-centric AI platform and AI SaaS products used by leading enterprises. This includes initiatives related to LLMs, data labeling, data IO, etc.
