Voice Bot for Financial Operations: In response to the growing need for more intuitive and responsive customer service technology, I led the development of a Voice Bot that revolutionizes how service issues are reported and handled. This AI-driven solution simplifies the process by allowing end-users to report issues through voice commands, which are then automatically converted into service tickets. Elevates user experience by reducing wait times and streamlining ticket generation but also significantly improves operational efficiency by automating a process that traditionally required manual intervention.
AI Ops Assistant: My direction in the creation of the AI Ops Assistant has been a game-changer for IT service operations, particularly for a major banking client. This AI-driven system automates Level 1 and 1.5 service operations, drastically reducing the mean time to resolution and operational costs. It has successfully increased service desk efficiency by automating routine tasks and allowing human agents to focus on more complex issues, thereby enhancing both productivity and customer satisfaction.
