In my role as the Global Agile & Platform Modernization Lead at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), I spearhead transformative Agile methodologies and technology modernization initiatives across the Banking and Financial Services Industry (BFSI) sector. At the core of TCS's mission to become an Enterprise Agile organization, my efforts have been pivotal in orchestrating a cultural and operational metamorphosis, impacting over 10 clients globally to enable business agility and transformtions to foster high productive teams yieling to faster time to market by 30%, operational efficient by 25%.

My journey includes co-founding the Agile Center of Excellence in Guadalajara, significantly reducing Agile debt from 1 to 0.2, and pioneering the REVOC framework for Governance as a Service, seamlessly integrating with the Spotify Agile model for a Large Banking Customer Headquartered in NY. These initiatives have not only accelerated time-to-market by 30% but also enhanced operational efficiency and productivity by a similar margin across various large-scale banking clients. I cannot reveal the client name to confidentiality however I can name the TCS LATAM client for which I have enabled unique solutions for Bancolombia 30% Time to Market , Claro we have improved time to market by 25% , Banco Chile by 20% ( The Bimodel Framework is introduced from Jan 2024 only yet to see productivity gains)
