Sudheer Kumar Kothuru is currently working as Business Process Manager in Bausch Health Companies in New Jersey, USA. He has been awarded as ERP Solutions Architect of the year 2023 for his remarkable contributions to the SAP Technology.
Mr. Sudheer is an SAP Certified SAP OTC/GTS Architect with 23 years of experience in SAP in the implementation, migration, operation, and support of business technology.
Mr. Sudheer has led multi-cultured project teams in different roles providing SAP technology solution expertise. He has a proven ability in managing and delivering large scale complex Greenfield and Brownfield Implementation, Support and Upgrade SAP projects across multiple industries – Electronics, Semi-conductors, Manufacturing and Pharmaceutical industries. He played the role as a Solution Architect in designing and delivering SAP technology solutions – SAP SD, LE, MM, TM and GTS modules.
Mr. Sudheer’s provided solutions in SAP Global Trade Services was accepted by SAP and utilized by various companies as use cases. This is a remarkable achievement which showcases his ability to create and implement practical solutions that have widespread applicability and utility. He closely worked with business and provided custom solutions for DEA - Drug Enforcement Agency and SGLN - Serialized Global Location Number requirements in current Pharma company.
During his IT career, Mr. Sudheer has worked closely with at least 20 clients, delivering tailored solutions that meet their specific business requirements. This customer-centric approach has not only benefited his clients but also contributed to the advancement of SAP Technology in the Electronics and Pharma Industry.
Mr. Sudheer has received the CIO Award from Hewlett-Packard for IT Transformation project in Supply Chain Management. He has received the Top Contributor Award for the years 2013, 2014 and 2015 in IBM. During his tenure with Cognizant Technology Solutions - he received the Town Hall and Cheers Awards for managing Center of Excellence (CoE) and OTC/GTS Competency and successful delivery of various projects.
