With over 15 years of experience in Human Resources Management from Uzbekistan and currently working as a Head of HR in JV “Uz-Kor Gas Chemical”, for the largest one prominent polymer manufacturer in Central Asia, Zarina is a passionate and strategic leader who drives organizational excellence and innovation. Her mission is to foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and diversity, and to empower employees to achieve their full potential. As the HR Leader she was leading HR operations of the biggest Oil and Gas projects such as Uz-Kor Gas Chemical and Uzbekistan GTL in Central Asia with a diverse and dynamic workforce of over 2000 employees and around 10000 people worked during the construction phase of the projects. Her core competencies include organizational strategy, industrial relations, resource planning, and policy development. She also provides expert guidance to management on the implementation and administration of new or updated HR policies and procedures, ensuring seamless alignment with organizational goals and transformation. In 2021 she has received a Commemorative Badge of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for her special contribution to the development of the country and the Oil and Gas sector. Since the last year she is pioneering and focusing on implementation of Artificial Intelligence in HR management for better transformation HR activities and recharge employees capabilities in the company.
