Visitor and Contractor Management at the City of Sydney

The City of Sydney manages a variety of properties, from inner city depots, and 200+ year-old heritage-listed buildings to ultra-modern skyscrapers. Each property type has its specific operating conditions and requires teams of sub-contractors to maintain them properly.
The project’s purpose was to create a system where the City of Sydney Council could track an overall company’s compliance status.  (i.e., indemnity insurance, individual worker's status such as eligibility to work at heights).
The City’s Visitor Contractor Management System enables the City of Sydney Council to track a company’s compliance status which enables them to allocate tasks to a worker and be confident that the work can be completed safely by qualified people.
