Pranith designed and drafted a flexible Risk management framework based on industry standards like NIST, ISO, that was easily adopted across the business unit of more than 4000 staff members
2) Risk exception workflow
Pranith designed and implemented a risk exception workflow for absorption of risks from Vulnerability management, Incident management and Compliance related risks resulting from SOC2, ISO certifications that impact market access and sales
3) Data privacy risks intake
Pranith collaborated with Legal, Privacy and engineering teams to draft a playbook that could be leveraged across the business unit to identify privacy risks, monitor, track statuses
4) Federal product Risk management
Pranith drafted a first of its kind, risk report format for senior line management visibility on federal products, this report has been adopted across Cisco by a central security team for various business units
