Manas is a senior software engineer at Microsoft in Redmond with expertise in AI, Machine Learning and NLP space. Manas has led and shipped several high impact microsoft products in search and AI that are used by millions globally. Some of his most notable work include improvement of label density detection in Maps, ads integrated shopping expereinces on bing which has generated significant revenue among others.

Manas has also been working on his non profit called Full Vision AI, where he is using his AI and tech expertise to solve the problem of unaccessible visual field tests for detection of glaucoma. Glaucoma is the leading cause of permanent adult blindness in the world which can be prevented and glaucoma progression be slowed down if caught early. His work involves building various deep learning algorithms to detect and track glaucoma progression over time which is currently only possible from machines which costs thousands of dollars. He has won several awards and featured in several media houses for his work.
